Why it happens on Rybelsus

What helps, step by step
- Drink water throughout the day to keep your stools soft.
- Take a short walk. Moving around helps the gut move.
- Rest your feet on a small stool while you sit on the toilet.
- Ask about a laxative or stool softener from the drugstore.
- Have smaller meals and stop eating when you feel full. When you take these medicines, the stomach empties more slowly.
- Eat slowly. Your brain needs time to sense that you are full.
- Contact your prescriber if the constipation does not ease. They might suggest another GLP-1 or reduce the pace of dose increases.
Check any drugstore product with the GLP-1 interactions checker before taking it.
