We read the current FDA prescribing information on DailyMed for every approved GLP-1 medicine and copy figures exactly as the label states them.

Prices come from manufacturer self-pay pages and public price pages, and each figure links to the page it came from. Prices change, so check the source before you buy.

Coverage rules come from CMS, state Medicaid agencies and published insurer policies. Plans differ, so your own plan documents decide.

When we cannot find a value in a reliable source, we leave it out rather than estimate it.
