What the Mounjaro label says
The Mounjaro label does not list Adderall. Those lines still apply to it.
| Named in the label | The risk | What the label tells doctors |
|---|---|---|
| Oral medicines | Pills absorbed differently | This slows how quickly the stomach empties, and that can change the way your body takes in other pills. |

The practical rule
- Tell your prescriber you take both, and mention a racing heart or eating very little.
- Tell whoever prescribes your GLP-1 about every pill you take, this one included.
- Ask your pharmacist whether a steady blood level is needed for any of your pills. When you begin or raise the dose, those may need checking.

Adderall with other GLP-1s
None of the 10 GLP-1 labels list Adderall in the drug interaction section. Every label carries the same general caution about swallowed pills, so the answer for this group stays the same.
