What the Mounjaro label says
The Mounjaro label does not name phentermine. These lines still apply to it.

The practical rule
- Never add phentermine without your prescriber's direction. Use the two together only if your prescriber plans to and watches you closely.
- Tell the person who prescribes your GLP-1 about every pill you take, including this one.
- Ask your pharmacist if any pills you take must maintain a steady blood level. They may need checking when you start or raise the dose.

Phentermine with other GLP-1s
None of the 10 GLP-1 labels mentions Phentermine in the drug interaction section. For every medicine in this group, the general warning about oral pills is the same, so the answer does not change.
The same question applies to Wegovy, Rybelsus.
