- Do not add phentermine on your own. Use both together only if your prescriber plans this and closely monitors you.

- Ask your pharmacist if any of your pills need a steady level in the blood. These medicines may need checks when you start or raise the dose.

Phentermine with other GLP-1s
None of the drug interaction sections in the 10 GLP-1 labels names Phentermine. Each label repeats the general caution for swallowed pills, so this answer stays the same throughout the set.
