Tirzepatide and probiotics: the verdict
Generally fine together
The tirzepatide labels (Mounjaro, Zepbound) do not list Probiotics as an interaction. For healthy people, the NIH generally considers probiotics safe, although a weak immune system means a higher risk.
Details from the tirzepatide label
No line on probiotics. If you drink anything, kidney injury from fluid loss is the main warning. Vomiting or diarrhea can make you lose fluid, which can cause kidney injury. Heavy fluid loss should be reported, and you should drink fluids.

Probiotics with other GLP-1s
Probiotics are not named in the drug interaction section on any of the 10 GLP-1 labels. The answer is therefore the same across the class.
That same question also applies to Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound.
