Zepbound and probiotics: the verdict
They are generally fine together
The Zepbound label lists no interaction with probiotics. When you are healthy, the NIH says probiotics are generally safe, though a weak immune system raises the risk.
What the Zepbound label says
No line on probiotics. No matter what you drink, the warning that matters most is: kidney injury from fluid loss. Fluid loss can come from vomiting or diarrhea, and it can damage your kidneys. Drink fluids and report heavy fluid loss.
