Semaglutide and probiotics: the verdict
Generally fine together
The semaglutide labels (Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus) do not list Probiotics as an interaction. According to the NIH, probiotics are generally safe for healthy people, but a weak immune system raises the risk.
Guidance from the semaglutide label
No line on probiotics. When you drink anything, the most important warning is kidney injury caused by fluid loss. Your kidneys can be harmed when vomiting or diarrhea cause you to lose fluid. Report heavy fluid loss, and drink fluids.

Probiotics with other GLP-1s
All 10 GLP-1 labels have the same answer because none lists Probiotics in its drug interaction section.
The question is the same for Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound.
