The practical rule
- Tell both prescribers about the other medicine you take, but do not change either dose on your own.
- Tell whoever prescribes your GLP-1 about this medicine and all the other pills you take.
- Check with your pharmacist about whether your pills require a steady blood level. You may need to check those when you start or increase the dose.

Wellbutrin with other GLP-1s
Wellbutrin (bupropion) is not listed in the drug interaction sections of the 10 GLP-1 labels. All the labels give the same general caution about swallowed pills, so the answer remains the same throughout the class.
The question does not change for Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound.
