Rybelsus stopping: the numbers first

Keeping the weight off
- Talk with your prescriber first, so your plan covers follow-up visits and any other medicines.
- You built eating habits while on the drug, so keep going: protein with every meal, portions cut back, and sugary drinks reduced.
- Keep moving. Strength training helps keep the muscle you already have.
- Keep to a fixed weighing schedule, and decide beforehand what change means you should call your prescriber.
- If you take it because of diabetes, ask how blood sugar will be managed after you stop.
