Its half-life is about 13 hours: after 13 h, half of it is gone, and after five half-lives (2.7 d) only about 3% is left.
In the SCALE trial (Obesity and Prediabetes, 56 weeks), weight loss reached 7.4% of body weight, compared with 3% for placebo.
