- The card covers no more than $100 each month through. For a copay above that cap, only part of it is covered.

- Strength: the amount you pay yourself starts at $149 a month and goes up to $399 a month, set by the strength your prescriber chooses.
- Price updates: after December 31, 2026, self-pay prices will change, according to the manufacturer.
